Ingredients
2 Cups of Fresh Kale1 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Cranberries
2 Oranges, peeled
2 Bananas
Optional Ingredients:
Matcha Powder
Cacao Nibs
Preparation
Blend kale and water until smooth. Next, add the remaining fruits and vegetables and blend again until desired consistency.TIP: Keep as much of the orange pith (the white part) on to add nutrients.
