Oatmeal Smoothie

Serves 1-2 people

Ingredients

1 Cup of Ice
1/2 Cup of Frozen Raspberries
1/2 Cup of Plain low-fat Yogurt
1 Banana
1/2 Cup of old fashioned Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp of Honey
1 Cup of coconut water

My Bonus Ingredients
1 Tsp of Cocoa nibs
1 Tsp of Matcha Powder

Preperation

Place ice and raspberries at bottom of the blender, add all other ingredients on top. Blend until completely smooth and serve.
