The Carrot Cake Smoothie

Ingredients

3/4 Cups of Carrot Juice
1/2 Cup of cubed Pineapple
1/2 Cup of Plain Low Fat Yogurt
1 Tablespoon of Honey
Pinch of Cinnamon
1/2 Cup of Ice Cubes


Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
